Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 can diced green chilies
2 c. grated Jack cheese
5 eggs (beaten)
1 c. canned milk
4 or 5 flour tortillas
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add seasoning and about 1 cup of water.
Cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
Spoon into pie dish lined with tortillas. Sprinkle chilies on top.
Then cheese.
Pour eggs and milk that have been mixed together over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until firm.
