Mexican Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 to 2 tsp. ground red chili powder (piquin or cayenne)
1 to 2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. crushed dried oregano
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lb. chicken wings, cut at joints and tips removed
Preparation

Place all ingredients, except chicken wings, in a large glass bowl and mix well.
Add the chicken and turn to coat with the margarine.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Drain wings.
Arrange on large baking tray.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender and the juices run clear when pierced at the thickest part.
Heat scale: medium to hot.
