Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, riced potatoes (no lumps)
    1/3 c. coffee cream (half and half)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    good pinch of salt
    good pinch of sugar
    1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
    Knead well.
    Using 1/2 cup at a time, roll paper thin on floured board.
    Bake on lightly greased griddle, turning often to avoid scorching.
    Should be slightly golden, but never crisp.
    Wipe griddle clean each time.
