Spinach Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 box large pasta shells
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (use 2 if you like it real spinachy)
    1 small Ricotta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey (optional, can be made vegetarian)
    1 large spaghetti sauce of choice
Preparation
    Boil shells and drain.
    Prepare spinach as directed.
    Open hot spinach into a bowl and mix with Ricotta and Mozzarella cheeses. Stir until cheese melts.
    Fill each shell with a spoonful of spinach/cheese mix and place in baking dish.
    Cover with sauce with or without browned meat.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
