Armenian Pilaf(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 c. vermicelli noodles, crushed
    1 c. long grain rice
    3 c. chicken broth
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in pot and brown the vermicelli noodles (saute them).
    Add rice.
    Add chicken broth.
    Cover and cook on low flame until liquid is absorbed and rice is fluffy.
    Let rest for 15 minutes.
