No Crust Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, cooked and drained
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. onion salt
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. green pepper and 1/2 c. zucchini, sauteed (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in an oiled pie plate or spring-form pan. Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
