Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
5 oz. shredded cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine undrained corn, muffin mix, margarine (divided), sour cream, eggs and cheese.
Reserve 1/3 of the cheese for topping. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Add remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
