Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add vinegar, vanilla and melted oleo.
    Blend in sugar
    and
    meal.
    Pour
    into
    prepared pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm.
