Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head lettuce, chunky sliced
    2 stalks celery, thin sliced
    2 small onions, thin sliced
    10 radishes, sliced
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    1 pkg. green peas, frozen, cooked and drained
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 boiled eggs, shredded
Preparation
    Layer in order listed:
    lettuce, celery, onions, radishes, green pepper and green peas, in 4-quart mixing bowl.
