Polynesian Ham Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can pork luncheon meat (Spam)
1 tsp. prepared mustard
4 slices pineapple
2 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Put meat in baking pan.
Cut into strips, but don't cut through the bottom.
Put mustard between slices.
Cut pineapple in half and arrange between slices.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake according to manufacturer's directions.
