Spicy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up
1 lb. flour
1/4 c. black pepper
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/4 c. cayenne pepper
1/3 c. salt
Preparation

Wash chicken the night before and season with the following:
2 Tbsp. salt, 2 Tbsp. black pepper, 2 Tbsp. garlic powder and 2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper.
Let stand overnight.
Next day, put flour, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and salt in bowl.
Cover chicken with this mixture.
Deep fry at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
