Stuffed French Loaf - cooking recipe

1 loaf (16 oz.) French bread
8 oz. spicy bulk pork sausage
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
3/4 c. extra sharp Cheddar, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Slice bread in half lengthwise and slightly hollow out each half, leaving a 1/2-inch thick layer of bread.
Place bread crumbs in food processor and chop until fine crumbs.
