Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla in bowl.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat until smooth.
    In skillet, heat oil to 360\u00b0.
    Hold finger over bottom of funnel and fill with batter. Hold funnel over hot oil and drop batter in circular motion. Cook, turning once, until puffy and golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
