Deer Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 deer steaks
    1 qt. milk
    flour
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Let steaks set in milk 6 hours.
    Take out; season and coat with flour.
    Brown in oil.
    Add onion and water.
    Let it simmer 2 hours.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
