Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix berries with sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.
    Line pie pan with pastry.
    Pour in filling and cover with pie crust.
    Bake in a very hot 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer.
    Makes one 9-inch pie.
