Blue Ribbon Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 tart apples (5 c., I use Jonathan)
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Pare apples; core and cut in eighths.
    Arrange in unbaked pastry shell.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
