Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese (may also use Mozzarella)
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans beer
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all together and simmer.
    Do not let it boil.
    This amount makes a crock-pot full.
