Blueberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. plain flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt in microwave-proof bowl or 4-quart measure.
    Gradually add hot water and lemon juice.
    Cook, stopping to stir, until smooth and thickened.
    Stir in blueberries and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.
    Remove from microwave.
    Stir in butter until melted.
    Serve warm or cold over ice cream, cake or cheese cake.
