Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/3 stick oleo, melted
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs

Preparation

Drain and mash sweet potatoes. Add melted oleo and sugar to sweet potatoes and mix until oleo and sugar are dissolved. Add salt, vanilla, milk and eggs and mix well.
Pour in greased casserole.
Sprinkle with the following topping.
