Sweet And Sour Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads cabbage
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/3 c. celery
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Process cabbage, onion, carrots and celery in food processor until coarsely shredded.
    Toss vegetables in salad bowl.
    Mix sugar, salt, vinegar and oil in small bowl.
    Pour over vegetables, toss lightly.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    Yields 8 to 12 servings.
