No Fail Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen or fryer
    3 to 4 c. sifted flour (I use self-rising flour)
    2 eggs (room temperature)
    4 to 5 oz. warm water
Preparation
    Cook a hen or fryer until tender.
    Make sure you have at least 3 quarts of broth or more.
    While this is cooking, make your dough for dumplings.
