Freezer Pickles(2 Days) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. sliced cucumbers
2 Tbsp. salt
1 large sliced onion
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Refrigerate the first 3 ingredients for 24 hours in covered bowl.
On the second day, drain and add the sugar and white vinegar.
Mix thoroughly and refrigerate 24 hours.
Put in desired size containers and freeze.
Makes 2 quarts of a good sweet pickle. Can be halved if you have only a few cucumbers.
