Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    1 tsp. expeller pressed oil
    3 green onions and tops, chopped
    1 pkg. Hain's dry cheese soup mix
    1 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
    1 c. skim or low-fat milk
    1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. herb seasoning
    2 Tbsp. chopped or dried parsley
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onions and garlic until onions are tender.
    Add milk, yogurt and soup mix.
    Stir constantly.
    Add seasonings and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
    Remove from heat. Oil a casserole dish.
    Add cauliflower.
    Pour sauce over all. Top with bread or cracker crumbs.
    Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake until golden brown, 10 minutes.
