Potato Salad(Garden Also Thrown In) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables
    2 c. diced cooked potatoes
    1/4 c. sliced green peppers
    1/4 c. diced sweet pickles
    1 bunch green onions, cut into 3/4-inch pieces (include tops)
    3 hard-cooked eggs
    lettuce leaves
    6 salami slices
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain Veg-All thoroughly.
    Combine with diced potatoes, green peppers, sweet pickles, green onions, 4 slices salami and 2 hard-cooked eggs.
    Chill.
    Mix together the mayonnaise, horseradish, hot pepper sauce and salt.
    Add to chilled Veg-All mixture; toss lightly.
    Line a chilled salad bowl with crisp greens; fill with salad.
    Garnish with remaining salami and egg slices.
