Mmmpossible Cheeseburger Pie(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or process American cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2-inches.
Cook and stir beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in salt and pepper; spread in plate.
Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into plate.
Bake for 25 minutes; top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes.
Garnish with lettuce.
