Saucy Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup

Preparation

Mix beef, pork bread crumbs, egg, onion, lemon juice and seasonings.
Blend well and form into 1/2-inch balls.
Brown meat balls in a little oil; add applesauce, water and ketchup.
