Cabbage And Klushki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    pinch of salt
    1 small head cabbage
Preparation
    Mix flour, eggs, water and salt; knead thoroughly until smooth.
    Roll very thin.
    Let stand about 1/2 hour.
    Flour the dough lightly and cut into 1-inch squares.
    Cook in salted boiling water about 20 minutes.
    Drain and cool slightly.
    Serve plain in butter or with cabbage.
