Strawberry Or Raspberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) strawberry or raspberry jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pt. fresh strawberries or raspberries
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 day old 10 inch angel food cake
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix in order first 5 ingredients.
    Chill to egg white consistency.
    Whip whipping cream.
    Fold into chilled jello mixture.
    Tear up angel food cake.
    Place layer of cake bits in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spoon jello and cream over cake.
    Repeat with layer of cake, layer of mixture until used up.
    Chill several hours.
    Makes 24 small servings.
