Fudge Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Sift together all dry ingredients and add remaining ingredients.
Pour into muffin pans, lined with cupcake fillers and bake at 350\u00b0 until springy, about 18 minutes.
Cover with chocolate frosting.
Makes 3 dozen.
Very moist.
