Ingredients

3 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
5 or 6 c. flour (or more if needed)
Preparation

Dissolve dry yeast in warm water; add sugar, salt and oil. Add flour until dough thickens.
Add flour so dough is soft, but not sticky.
Let rise to double.
Pan out onto 2 cookie sheets. Top with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until bottom is brown.
Then top with Mozzarella cheese.
Return to oven and bake about 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
