Saucy Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. green beans
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook beans until tender.
    Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Blend in flour, salt, sugar and milk.
    Cook until smooth.
    Add vinegar and sour cream; pour over beans.
    Place over low heat to heat to serving temperature.
    Garnish with crumbled bacon.
    Serves 6 to 8.
