Hickory Fish Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fish fillets
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Arrange half the lemon slices in bottom of a shallow baking pan.
Add fish in single layer.
Place remaining lemon on top.
Combine butter and garlic. Pour over top of fish.
Add hickory to slow coals, place baking pan atop grill.
Close hood and cook 25 to 30 minutes, basting frequently.
Serve with lemon slices and butter mixture.
