Apple Brown Betty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter (soft)
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    5 to 6 apples
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar, cinnamon and flour in small bowl and let stand.
    Wash apples and pare apples.
    Cut in about 1/2 inch slices. Add water.
    Arrange apples in a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle apples with sugar mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
