Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bunch fresh broccoli, cooked (keep crisp)
2 c. cooked chopped chicken (3 breasts)
2 (10 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or more
1 c. soft Italian bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. cooked rice (optional)
Preparation

Grease oblong Pyrex baking dish.
Layer broccoli, then chicken.
Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and spoon and spread on top.
Add rice if you are using it with the chicken. Saute bread crumbs in butter.
Sprinkle on the cheese.
Top with bread crumbs last.
Can garnish with pimento strips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
