Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal mix
    1/3 c. bacon grease
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 can cream-style corn
    1 small can green chilies
    2 eggs
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    chopped onion (about 1/2 of medium onion)
    jalapeno peppers, chopped (depending on how hot desired; approximately 1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into a hot skillet with bacon grease. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 35 to 40 minutes.
