Cream Of Corn Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. creamed canned corn
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cream
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. half and half
dash of ground pepper
Preparation

Melt butter and simmer onion until soft.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add corn, half and half and cream.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes being careful not to boil.
