Pot Roast Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 potatoes, sliced
    2 to 3 carrots, sliced
    1 to 2 onions, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 to 4 lb. beef roast
    1/2 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Put vegetables in bottom of crock-pot, salt and pepper meat to taste and put in pot.
    Add liquid.
    Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours; on high for 5 to 6 hours.
    Remove meat and vegetables with spatula and thicken for gravy, if desired.
