Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    2 Tbsp. rum, brandy or whiskey
    additional coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar and butter, then stir in nuts, raisins, cocoa, coconut and rum. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Shape into 3/4-inch balls and roll in coconut. Chill on waxed paper-lined tray. Makes about 30.
