Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. fresh or frozen corn
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. cornmeal (yellow)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped steamed onions
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. diced green pepper
Preparation

Saute onions and pepper in a little water until soft.
Combine all ingredients and pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until brown.
Serves 8 to 10.
