Restaurant Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-2 c. potatoes, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. colored sweet peppers, chopped
4 T. butter
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
12 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 T. parsley
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

In a heavy pan, cook potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and peppers in butter. Add broth and simmer for 30 minutes. Blend milk and flour and add to broth. Add cheese, parsley and chicken soup. Stir until cheese is melted and mixed together. Serve warm.
