Angelic Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oysters on the half-shell, loosened
    1 c. butter, softened
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large shallot, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. blanched almonds, sliced
Preparation
    Arrange the oysters in a baking pan.
    Mix all ingredients except almonds together and blend until smooth.
    Place a heaping teaspoonful of the butter mixture on each oyster.
    Sprinkle with about 5 slices of almonds.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until almonds begin to brown.
    Serves 4.
