Cheese Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 well beaten egg
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    2 oz. sharp natural Cheddar cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Blend milk and mustard and add beaten egg.
    Combine corn muffin mix and Parmesan cheese.
    Add milk mixture, stirring until just mixed.
    Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake in a hot oven (400\u00b0) for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over the top and bake 1 minute longer or until cheese is slightly melted.
    Serve warm.
    Serves 8 or 9.
