Red Velvet Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    1 stick butter, softened
    7 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 oz. bottle red food coloring
    3 c. cake flour
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream sugar, Crisco and butter together until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Stir in food coloring and vanilla.
    Combine flour, salt and cocoa to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Icing when cake is completely cool.
