Spicy Turkey Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. each: red and green bell pepper, onion and carrot
    1 1/4 tsp. olive oil
    2 to 3 oz. uncooked turkey cutlet, cut into thin strips
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    In nonstick skillet, saute garlic and vegetables in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, covered, for 10 minutes, or until done.
    Serve over rice with crispy chow mein noodles. Serves 2.
