Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
12 tart shells
1/2 c. sugar
pat of butter
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
jam
Preparation
-
Combine ingredients, except jam.
Place 1 teaspoon of jam in each tart shell.
Cover with 1 teaspoon of coconut mixture.
Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen tarts.
