Zucchini Pineapple Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla until thick and foamy. With a spoon, stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts.
    Stir gently into zucchini mixture.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans, well greased and floured.
    Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
