Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 (16 oz.) carton frozen Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 (9-inch) graham cracker or Oreo chocolate crusts
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Gradually add whipped topping and confectioners sugar and continue beating until smooth.
Spoon filling into pie crusts and freeze for at least 8 hours.
May garnish with shaved chocolate and/or roasted peanuts.
