Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites (3/4 c.)
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 egg yolks
    6 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
    1 Tbsp. fresh grated rind
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Put whites in large mixer bowl until at room temperature.
    On waxed paper, sift flour.
    Fill cups to over full, then smooth off with spatula.
    Sift flour again with salt.
    With mixer at medium speed, beat egg whites until foamy.
    Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar.
    Beat until stiff peaks form.
    Set aside.
