Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (have ground twice)
    1/2 lb. ground pork (have ground twice)
    1/2 c. finely cut celery
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. tomato soup
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. finely ground onions
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown onions and celery in butter.
    Add tomato soup to the onions, then beat egg into the mixture.
    Add bread crumbs, seasoning and onion mixture to the meat.
    Work well with hands until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
