Ingredients

2 1/4 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 1/2 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Add butter to hot water and set aside until it melts.
Put 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt in large mixing bowl; stir this well.
Add water and butter; mix well with mixer.
Stir in enough of the remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
Knead for 5 minutes.
